Nathan Banaag is an associate with the Walnut Creek office of Garcia Shaw APC. Mr. Banaag’s practice primarily includes first party claims investigations and litigated matters. Mr. Banaag is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Banaag built a diverse foundation through roles that sharpened both his legal judgment and business insight. He served as a legal intern to Insure AI at Munich Re and Hartford Steam Boiler, gaining exposure to novel insurance policies. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Beth Labson Freeman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

A graduate of Santa Clara University, School of Law’s TechEdge J.D. program in 2025, Mr. Banaag completed an innovative curriculum combining legal, business, and technology education. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Psychology.
