Aaron Posner is an associate with the Walnut Creek office of Garcia Shaw APC.  Mr. Posner’s practice primarily includes first and third party investigations for suspicious claims, as well as litigated matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Posner had a substantial career as a Mechanical Engineer, as well as being a licensed professional engineer in California.  In this capacity, Mr. Posner developed extensive investigative experience, as well as developing broad knowledge pertaining to numerous technical industries from working in both private and public sectors. 

Mr. Posner received his law degree from San Francisco University School of Law in 2023 with a concentration in Intellectual Property.  Prior to law school, Mr. Posner graduated from California State University, Fresno, with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.  Mr. Posner is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
